If you purchase a $2.99 Single Reality Check or a $6.99 Full Dossier and our AI clinical engine experiences a server timeout, network disruption, or generation error that prevents your report from rendering, you are eligible for an immediate, full 100% refund or an automated complimentary credit.
2. 14-Day Discretionary Refund Window
We stand behind the depth and psychological accuracy of our forensic autopsies. If you feel an analysis was fundamentally inadequate or failed to provide any actionable clarity, simply submit a request within 14 days of purchase. We will review your transaction and process a refund to your original payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Card).
3. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation
The $14.99 Sanctuary Pass is a 30-day recurring membership. You can cancel your subscription at any time without having to call or talk to customer service:
- Click your avatar profile pill in the top right navigation bar.
- Or visit the Dodo Payments Customer Portal link sent to your billing receipt email.
- Click Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will immediately stop renewing.
- Zero Loss: All reports already saved to your Device Safe and Cloud Vault remain unlocked and accessible to you permanently.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@ifelt.online with:

• Dodo Payments Order ID (from your receipt email)
• Brief description of the issue or feedback
Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
