- Strict Action & Permanent Ban: Violation of these rules will result in immediate, strict action, including the permanent termination and ban of your account without prior notice, in accordance with Indian IT Rules.
3. Communication & Third-Party Connections
To protect user privacy and prevent harassment, Ifelt does NOT have any built-in messaging, direct messaging (DM), or chat processes within the app.
- Optional Connect Button: The only way to connect with another user outside the public feed is via the optional "Connect" button on their profile.
- Third-Party Links: Users may optionally paste a link to a third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, personal website) in their profile settings. Clicking "Connect" simply redirects to this external link.
- No Liability for External Interactions: Ifelt is not responsible for any interactions, messages, or content exchanged on these third-party platforms once you leave our application.
4. Premium Subscriptions, Pricing, Dodo Payments Integration & Cancellation Policy
To support our ad-free, algorithm-free environment, Ifelt offers an optional premium subscription ("The Void Walker"). By upgrading, you agree to the following financial terms:
Transparent Pricing
Our pricing is personalized based on your region to provide the best value. For users in India, the monthly plan is ₹111 (with a promotional price of ₹88 for the first 2 months), and the yearly plan is ₹1299 (with a promotional price of ₹888 for the first year). For international users, the monthly plan is $5, and the yearly plan is $55. All prices shown include all applicable taxes with absolutely no hidden charges.
Third-Party Payment Processing (Dodo Payments)
All digital transactions, subscription billing, and secure payment processing are handled by our integrated third-party partner, Dodo Payments. Ifelt does not directly store your credit card or banking details. By purchasing a premium plan, you also agree to the third party payment gateway Dodo Payments terms of service and privacy policy.
Cancel Anytime, No Refund Policy
You have the absolute right to cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. However, Ifelt enforces a strict NO REFUND policy. If you cancel your plan, you will retain access to premium features (like the unlimited Private Vault and Voice Whispers) until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months, forgotten cancellations, or unused time. Upon the expiration of your canceled premium billing cycle, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan (The Observer). You will retain access to core features, but premium capabilities will be restricted. This subscription cancellation policy with no refund ensures we can maintain the high-quality infrastructure required for our secure digital journal startup.
4. Ephemeral Content, Data Decay, and Ownership Rights
The core value of our mental health app digital fasting rules is impermanence. All public whispers and echoes are subject to our 14-day ephemeral decay rule.
Your Rights: You retain ownership of the original thoughts you post. However, by posting on Ifelt, you grant us a worldwide, temporary, royalty-free license to host and display that content until it naturally expires. Once content decays, it is permanently purged from our active public databases. We do not keep shadow backups of expired public whispers, ensuring your ephemeral messaging data ownership rights and digital footprint remains minimal.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Ifelt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to create the best app for social media anxiety and a flawless mindful scrolling alternative, we make no warranties that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to sophisticated cyber threats.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ifelt and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of this anonymous venting app.
