ifelt (accessible at ifelt.online) is an anonymous social platform that allows users to share feelings, thoughts, and emotions in 140 characters or less. The platform operates on the principle of ephemerality — posts automatically expire and are permanently deleted.
ifelt is operated from India and is classified as a Social Media Intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021").
By accessing or using ifelt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
ifelt uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. When you sign in:

No Refund Policy
All purchases on ifelt are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: unused subscription time, account suspension due to Terms violation, voluntary account deletion, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the service. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as digital services are consumed immediately upon purchase. We strongly recommend using the free tier before purchasing.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never store your card details. All prices include applicable taxes.
As an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act 2000 and Rule 3 of IT Rules 2021, ifelt maintains strict content moderation policies. The following content is strictly prohibited on ifelt, and violation will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without refund:

ifelt reserves the right to suspend accounts at its sole discretion. Appeals can be sent to support@ifelt.online within 7 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of ifelt after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available at ifelt.online/terms.
