iFelt and its AI-powered features (including the Forensic Chat Autopsy and Psychological Closure breakdown) are algorithmic tools designed solely for self-reflection, interpersonal perspective, and entertainment. iFelt does NOT provide clinical psychiatric care, licensed therapy, psychological diagnosis, or medical advice. 1. Eligibility (Age 18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use iFelt. By submitting any content or purchasing any paid feature, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Strict Prohibitions & Anti-Harassment Rules
The Void is a sanctuary for releasing unspoken human emotions, not a weapon for malicious targeting. You explicitly agree NOT to submit:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including full residential addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or workplace identifiers.
- Defamatory, slanderous, or blackmail content aimed at destroying an individual's reputation.
- Threats of physical violence, cyber-stalking, or hate speech targeting protected groups.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or references to minors.
Any content violating these principles will be purged immediately upon community report or algorithmic detection, and repeat offenders will have their IP addresses permanently banned.
3. Paid Services & Billing
Paid services (such as $2.99 Single Scans, $6.99 Dossiers, and $14.99 Sanctuary Passes) are billed in United States Dollars (USD) via Dodo Payments. You authorize Dodo Payments to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew on a 30-day recurring schedule and may be canceled at any time from your account dashboard with zero cancellation penalties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iFelt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, the interpersonal decisions you make after reading an AI analysis, or the public display of anonymous text.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
